CRAIG LYDERS

Craig joined Heliworks in 2017, after 8 years working as an agricultural and commercial helicopter pilot throughout Otago and Southland.
He also has spent time flying in Australia and Indonesia. Craig grew up on a sheep and beef farm at Waitahuna, Otago, New Zealand and began his flying career as a top dressing pilot in 1995.

Craig has 26 years flying experience with 10,500+ flying hours, including:

• 6,000+ hours helicopter flying time and 4,500 hours fixed wing
• Scenic operations throughout the Southern Lakes area and Fiordland
• Medivac and Search & Rescue
• Long line operations
• Cherry drying and frost
• Fire Fighting
• Aerial photography and surveys
